Internet security had been a major concern because of extensive attacks by malware and spyware. These security risks can infiltrate, spy or damage a computer and the worst part is when these spyware and malware can also collect and send information from your computers. malware and spyware are different from viruses because viruses only damage the computer and mostly don’t collect or send information to third parties. Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 or KIS 2010 was launched on October 22, 2009 and provide antivirus support as well as malware, spyware, anti-phishing, personal firewall, email filtering, parental control, and data leak prevention. KIS 2010 can prevent your computer from being slowed down by cybercriminals and protect your files from hackers. A test by AV-Test.org detected 97.27 percent of known malware samples. The test also stated that Kaspersky did very well in rootkit detection: It managed to detect, block, and remove all ten stealth malware samples that we threw at it. It also detected and disabled all ten test infections, and proved more successful than most apps at getting rid of less harmful elements, such as Registry changes.
